    If you are vShare admin you can use "Add FLV/Embed" function in admin area.

    Login to admin area = > Video Processing => Add FLV/Embed

    Hi
    Thanks for your help

    So the only remote sites a normal user can upload from are the three listed?

    I was hoping there was some kind of admin to add more remote sites
