Video Load Too Fast

i have same issue , some convert well some runs fast as hell :( any particular reason ?

If some works and some have problem, it may be a bug in ffmpeg/mencoder. In vshare admin area, do a manual video convertion, then post the convert command and version of mencoder. This used to happen when using new mencoder with old convert command.
