    Default Installation problem

    I just installed a new copy of Vshare 2.7 , but none of my links work.
    I get this message,
    sorry, the page you were looking for could not be found, can anyone help ?

    This is because you have not uploaded .htaccess file provided with vshare or mod_rewrite is not enabled in the server.

    Default Installation error

    mod_rewrite is enabled on the server and I have uploaded the htaccess file, but my host said i should use 755 and not 777 for my permissions.

    What Should the htaccess file contain and how do i access it?
