Upload Error - After upgrade at 2.8

It seems the path in ubr_upload.pl is wrong.

You need to set the path same as follows

/home/cPanel username/public_html/templates_c/

I did that, but it still doesn't work, the same error ocur when i press upload buton...

Now, i am thinking that i may not have done it to the right line of the file, so to make sure i did the right thing, i have attached a screenshot here.

Got the same problem after update from 2.7 to 2.8
tried 777 / 755 folder files and change the text in ubr_upload.pl + /ubr/ubr_ini.php to the right folder.

It ask if i wont to download the "ubr_upload.pl" + getting error "ERROR: Failed to find flength file".

Any known solution?
