You can always change the encoding settings in the video_conversion.php file (in the include/settings directory) to encode to whatever quality or format that you wish. There is always going to be some loss of quality as the videos have to be converted into a format that is transferable over the Internet, so there is no getting around that. But, you can definitely control that rate of loss through that file.

This is not possible with the v share to check the HD movie quality.
You can import another software for this purpose.
