sharing video problem

i uploaded a video clip to my site, and everything is working fine, the converting, thumbnails & playback all works,

but when i used the embedding code its gives me so i could place it on another website, it looks ok and even show the thumbnail in the video player, but when i click to play the clip, its says video not found?

i dont understand why, because its plays fine on my vshare site.

please help.
