changing the user profile display

The top right hand corner of RxWorks displays the name of the user profile currently logged into RxWorks.

Clicking on this feature will:

Display the clinic which a user is currently using.
Allow a user to quickly change the clinic they are logged in to.
Display the stock location for the current clinic login.
Allow a user to change the required stock location for the current clinic login.
Allow a user to quickly access their user profile and make any authorized edits.
Allow a user to log out of RxWorks.
