page edit or page add in admin panel features are gone

Those functions only work in Internet Explorer or Firefox. If you are using Chrome or Safari (browsers that are based on Webkit), those functions will disappear.

i have tried all three of these browsers and it is not working, i have tried 3 of my sites and only 1 the page edit works, any other suggestions.

Have you enabled WYSIWYG Editor in Miscellaneous Settings ?

Which browser you using ? Try using a different browser and see if that works.
