You can actually do this through the admin panel. Once you have your new serve setup in vShare, you can go to the local video section of the admin, select the videos you want to move, and not only will it FTP the videos, it will also update the DB.

Does this work the other way ??

We had all our video's on a remote FTP server but now want to bring them back so they appear in "Local Videos"
