Upload progress bar for 2.7

I have searched the forums and found this article:
vShare - Enable upload progress bar - vShare But this is for version 2.6

I tried it anyway but couldn't find the corresponding variables in uu_upload.pl

Is there an updated version to allow upload progress bar for version 2.7?

That instruction work for vcersion 2.7, file name is ubr_upload.pl

If you don't have that file, you must be using older version.

There is no file named "ubr_upload.pl" is cgi-bin, there is:

cgi-bin/uu_default_config.pm
cgi-bin/uu_ini_status.pl
cgi-bin/uu_lib.pm
cgi-bin/uu_upload.pl

In uu_upload.pl there is nowhere that reads: "my $TEMP_DIR = '/home/username/public_html/templates_c/';"

I am using version 2.7 "You are using vShare version: 2.7 (DB Version: 2.7)"

Can you download ZIP file again and check ? vshare 2.7 only got one file "ubr_upload.pl" in cgi-bin folder.

That is bizarre. You are right, there is only one file in cgi-bin. I have checked the ZIP file I originally downloaded and this is the case. But on my server it is different for some reason.
But in my vShare admin it says that I am using version 2.7?!?!?!

There is no chance of me downloading an outdated version because I only purchased the license 10 days ago.
