That file should be left as it is. It is not that your file is pointing wrong, because it is pointing right. The problem is that on Plesk, the CGI-BIN folder is not inside of the httpdocs folder like it is on Cpanel (in cpanel, the path would be /home/user/public_html/cgi-bin). The file structure of vShare is setup for Cpanel servers in that the cgi-bin folder is inside of the root home directory. On Plesk, the cgi-bin folder is not inside of the root folder, aka, the cgi-bin folder is not under the httpdocs folder. If you create a "cgi-bin" folder inside of the httpdocs folder, anything inside of would be ignored because the real cgi-bin folder is located outside of the httpdocs folder (see my example above). You need to move the contents of the cgi-bin folder that is in your httpdocs folder to your real cgi-bin folder. If you cannot figure this out, you can contact the vShare people's helpdesk. They usually provide free support in being able to move those files for you.
