(1) It seems you are using the out of date version of Zend Optimizer.

Contact your webhost to update the Zend Optimizer to latest version

(2)Reupload the index.php in binary mode and check

(3)If you can't get it fixed, submit a support ticket at BuyScripts Helpdesk

Your web host upgraded PHP version causing the problem. Latest version of vshare do not use Zend Optimizer. You should upgrade to latest version of vshare to fix the problem.
