Video not converting - ERROR: failed video conversion.

Hello there,

I have a server with has been setup with the correct modules and settings. I have vshare 2.8 installed.

The problem is the video is not converting correctly.

Here is the process log

I am having some issues :
Downloading is not working.... We are getting this message :Fatal error: failed to convert frame to gd image in /home/ispcvcom/public_html/animalrightstube.com/include/class.video_thumb.php on line 237.
