How to add Video Server?

Local copy will get deleted after moving files to remote server.

i already hire someone to setup the ftp and webserver in my new vps
and all settings are correct but still the videos cannot be moved into the new server using local videos option.

when we try to move a certain video and check the logs of the ftp we can see he only creates a folder. but there is no video thats been transfered.

Did you tried uploading video manually ?

Go to vShare Admin > Local Videos, select a video, select remote server, then click move. Are you getting any error ? Paste the result here.
