    When I try to upload a video as a user this msg comes up ERROR: Failed to find flength file

    There could be a bunch of different reasons for getting that error. Usually, it's either something misconfigured or your host has compression turned on. There is a helpdesk that you can submit your issue to here and the developers will check out your site to see what the issue could be.
