How can i add a custom thumbnail? auto thumbnail fails sometimes

Is there any options or way to add a custom thumbnail?

there are times that the auto thumbnail feature is not working even i click the create a new thumbnail i also try the different types of creating auto thumb mplayer/ffmpeg/ffmpeg-php

Currently, there is no option available to add custom thumbnails to video.

If you want it, please open a Support ticket with your site admin and FTP login details.
