To change watermark settings, go to

You can make watermark in photoshop. use you use any size you want, make sure it is small, or visitors will not able to see your video.

Watermark position is not supported in current version. We will see if this is possible. Now watermark image is JPG, next version we will add support for other formats.

You can get around this by adjusting your gif size. On my site I created a 412px / 25px gif file. If you visit the site and view a video you'll see that the watermark is set on the lower left side of the video window.

You could increase the height and have the graphic anywhere you want it.

You can make a flash watermark. Ive done it and it works great. Your logo link you have to set in admin section of your site, under settings i think.
