What you have to do is go into phpmyadmin and delete the requests from there, once they are deleted any new requests will be able to be deleted from the admin control panel.

There is a slight bug that tells the script that it has deleted the old requests from the database when infact it is doing nothing.

The flag / feature code must have been changed between the releases?
