need help with upgrade

I just tryed to upgrade from 2.1 to 2.2 but something went wrong!

If i try to access the website:

Fatal error: Unable to read 2954 bytes in /home/clivimoc/public_html/index.php on line 0

Thanx! Now it works but when I try to upload/import a new video this erroer comes:

Fatal error: Call to a member function movenext() on a non-object in /home/clivimoc/public_html/include/function.php on line 663

Is it possible that the chanel.php is not working? http://www.clivimo.com/channels.php

Check if table channel is present in the database. Also if you are able to see list of channels in admin area.

It seems you channel table is missing.
