Error after uploading a video

Sometimes when a user upload a video, not all the time but sometimes, after uploading a video, it give this error.

Fatal error: This encoded file is corrupted. Please refer to http://www.zend.com/support/support_faq ... le_corrupt for further help in /home/worldads/public_html/index.php on line 0

So, every times i have this error i have to upload index.php again to fix it, but its getting annoying.


Can I know why please?

Re upload the file, it will work, mostly caused by ASCII or corrupted uploads.
