Never mind. Found the problem.

I just purchased the software a day before 2.4 was released and I made the mistake of installing 2.4 directly instead of 2.3 then upgrading to 2.4.

I did a compare of both files for 2.3 and 2.4 and found that I was missing 4 files that was supposed to be in the root directory. One of the files was captcha.php. Uploaded those 4 files and it fixed the problem.

Still, thank you for your assistance. I really appreciate it. I will check on the corrupted upload file.
