Recent Directory files

I checked and I have .htaccess file in the root directory.

here's the code inside the file:

php_flag register_globals On

<IfModule mod_security.c>
SecFilterEngine Off
SecFilterScanPOST Off
</IfModule>

And I'm sure my host supports htaccess files because this is my 2nd youtube-clone website. The other one is using one of your competitor's software.

There is no folder recent, this is handled by .htaccess file.
