Zend Optimizer not installed

I have installed Zend Optimizer yet, still showing not installed... phpinfo(); shows it installed.... what do i do????

"Showing not installed"

"phpinfo.php shows it installed"

Which is it? Is there something you are seeing that is contradicting your phpinfo file?
