Go to

Admin > Video Management > Approve Videos

Then you will see all your videos that are waiting for approve.

Click "Approve" link right side of each video.

If you enable "Auto Approve", it will work work for new videos uploded, not for your existing videos, that are uploded with "Auto Approve" disabled.
