Initial Installation

I changed the permissions and when I go to /install/index.php, I get a blank sceen? Do I need to do anything else to start the install. I noticed there is a config.php.txt. Do I need to move/modify that file? It doesnt have a ending
"?>" at the end...

Any help is appriciated.

Make sure you uploaded all files in Binary and not passive. If not, Upload in Binary and change permissions then run install. You should be fine then.
