upgrade to 2.1: nightmare

i ve upgrade, this is what i get when i run the md5 script:

do i need to run the /install/script or just the md5 script?

You have overwritten your include/config.php file.

If you have a copy of old config.php just upload it.

If not, refer install/config.php.txt to create a new config.php file.

To upgrade, only run the md5 script, do not run install.

thx for the tip, i ve re upload the /include/config, but now there is another major prob, accounts are not working anymore.
i can t login as user or as admin on /admin
what do you suggest?

it s almost fixed.
md5 went propelly :)
but now another major ,and i guess the worst prob, watching videos turn to be a nightmare.
before it was fluent nice and fluid and now it stop every 5 seconds :'(
i doubt it s comming from the server cause i ve check the load,there are plenty bandwith available.
any ideas?

For playing video, only change is we changed player to latest version.

I don't think this is going to affect anything, playing problem maybe due to network connection.

If you need to use old player, just replace

include/player.inc with your old player.inc
