Conversion Error

I've tried uploading file1.wmv and it uploaded correctly. I then tried to upload file2.wmv and got a conversion error problem. I tried again and got the same error. I then tried file1.wmv (the one that did upload) and then I got a conversion error. I was then able to upload it after a few tries, only to get a conversion error repeatedly with it again. What's going on? Why am I some times getting a conversion error and sometimes not, even with the same file?

Ok so it seems to be related to the status upload bar. When I have it set to 0 in include/settings/upload.php then my uploads seem to work. When it is set to 1 though, that's when I get the conversion error.

Anyone know why this would be? Where can I fix the error?

To verify, clear content of debug.txt, then upload a video with progress bar enabled.

Then post the content of debug.txt

Check if the video is converted to FLV format, if yes, check the size, also you can try playing it to see if FLV file is really working.

From your convert command

It does create a .flv video when the upload status bar is disabled. However it does not create one when it is enabled.

No .flv video. I go to video queu in admin area and try to convert. It says downloaded successfully and then after 5 minutes or so I get an error about file not being able to be converted.

Thanks admin! Looks like I blew a '/' at the end for the upload dir. Once I put it in, it seems to be working fine (I've tried two videos so far with success)! I will test a bit further but I am pretty confident that was the problem. Thanks again for the help!
