can t login as admin

Hi,
i can t login as admin, the password is accepted but i get this error:
Warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "admin/leftwebsite.tpl" in /home/glisvcom/public_html/include/smarty/libs/Smarty.class.php on line 1095
any idea?

when i click on "lost password" just for make sure that i have the right one,this is what i get:
