After upgradation groups are not working. plzhelp

i just upgraded to latest version. but groups page is not working now. please help me:

the page is not opening. i don't know whatz the problem. i hav uploaded everything correctly in binary mode. still its not working.

You have not uploaded .htaccess file provided with upgrade zip.

Reupload the file, it will work.

thnx its working now. but please tell me what are the benefits i get from latest version. because i dont find any difference in the new version.

still i am unable to import from youtube.

There are many changes, bug fixes, etc...

Youtube import will work if you have PHP 5 and cronjob set.

sorry. i am with cirtex hosting and they say that they have both php 4 and php5. i dont know which one am using now. i havge already setup cronjob.

earlier u said, in this version import willwork on php 4 aswell.
anywayz plz guide me how to make php5 work on my server
