Problem at upload 1st video

Helo. I have not managed to create my first video. I installed script i followed all the instructions but when i go to upload video file i get the error:


2007-11-06 2:00:35 Upload Finished

2007-11-06 2:00:35 Video (5) Conversion starting...

2007-11-06 2:00:35 File: /home/streamed/public_html/video/femmeauvolant_5.wmv

2007-11-06 2:00:35 ERROR: file not found.

What was wrong??

Try disabling upload progress bar and see if problem is with upload progress bar not configured properly.

In admin panel set video conversion to real time and try uploading a new video.

It worked!!!

but...
i upladed another video .flv and i didnt see thumbnail
Also i want to upload 3gp video that is taken from mobile. Is this possible?

Also how can i configure proccess bar??
