I too started with Citrex, and it was a bit unstable. However, there support was excellent in response. I have since switch to a Fully Dedicated Server with Citrex and it has been tremendous. The price is good. I never experience downtime on the Dedicated Server, and when i do need support they are always quick and reliable with responses.
