can I send videos to a cell phone

I wanted to know how we can set up our site so that users can send videos from our site to a cell phone. I read all of the topics, hope I didnt miss it somewhere.

Did you ever solve this problem? I'm wondering the same thing myself... maybe we can work together to find a solution if you still haven't.

EDIT: I've heard of the following script but have not yet had time to try to work with it:

Anyone have ANY success at all with mobile formats such as "MP4", "3GP" or "AMC" on vShare?

A while back I sent the programmers an e-mail asking for assistance with a little design (they are alway saying "We will do web design work for you".
What I was wanting, was a subdomain (which is created already) to act as a mobile version of the site, kina like how if you go to m.yahoo.com from your PDA you can watch the videos, the programmers actually stated "We have no idea how to do that".....
