problem with upload after upgrade to 2.6

Hi,
My webpage was working fine with 2.5. then lately upgrade to 2.6 afterward it seems everything is fine except when i upload a video it convert, it even play right away but it dont appear on the "new video" . I cant find the video from user interface but i can see the video in admin portal and it even play well as well.
Kindly help me to fix it.

Check and make sure your htaccess file is present on the server.
