Upgrade vShare 2.5 to vShare 2.6

I upgrade 2.5 to 2.6 succesfully, users can upload video from theirs pc, but they can't upload an other server , gives error (Video Upload failed. try again)

And I add youtube link in admin panel, but not start video conversion, gives error (/home/.sonta/videooo/bin/ffmpeg: error while loading shared libraries: libavformat.so.51: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory) . Video doesn't download.

Upgrade vShare 2.5 to 2.6
This will only upgrade MySQL database, you need to upgrade your files also.
Current DB version : 2.6

Your database already upgraded to version 2.6

but

now it said Zend Optimizer not installed

??

Hi all

I upgraded from 2.5 to 2.6 and follow the procedure on the /install/upgrade... successful but now Zend optimizer Not Installed..... and on the domain/admin: Fatal error: Unable to read 1444 bytes in /home/*******/public_html/admin/index.php on line 0

on 2.5 all was working great until i did the upgrade.

One small problem I have noticed since this upgrade is that I will sometimes get an error box pop up that gives no information. All it says is "Failure", and has a button for "Ok". It seems to come up randomly - I've never got it to come up on the same page more than once. And there really is no failure that I can see. As soon as I click ok, everything is working normally. Not sure what it's all about.

I just experienced that today and it said "Could not connect to ajax" or something about ajax, I don't remember and also, just like turtle's site...my polls are broken also. They are there, you can vote, but the results don't want to be listed...but not all my sites have the poll broken so I can't figure out what's going on. I uploaded the same "right.tpl" from a site that I know the poll works to a site where the poll is broken and it still remains broken so...IDK.
