of course you would. you have an adult site.. there is no inappropriate videos in an adult site..
For me I need to stay away from adult videos and stuff like that..
I dont only have an adult site, but i monitor my video's. And admin panel i only use if its a specialist thing. If i think a video is great i will feature it.
I had the same issue. I went in and changed it to an email address link that auto completes the email subject line. I haven't received one email
Guys and Gals! Guess what!
I figured out what is hitting every video and posting either "feature this" or "inappropriate"...
...it's google and yahoo crawlers!
HOW they're able to do this, I don't know, but I happened to be online the same time as they were doing this and have it in my "recent visitors" log on my webhost. These crawlers also tried to "comment" but of course wouldn't let them since they're not a member.
I think it should be set, like with the comments, that one must be a member in order to use this function.
To circumvent this problem in the mean time, I set 'robots.txt' so that these bots can't visit the /view/ folder, which kinda sux cos I want them to be able to visit and list videos in their engines...but this posting of "feature this" and "inappropriate" is getting out of hand.
Most simple solution I can think of is that the RATE, FLAG & COMMENT should require one to be signed in to be able to use them.
Anyone got a code we can stick in there so that it works this way?
If it's not fun, stop doing it!
Nice catch! THX
Cool. Glad you tracked that down. Hope admin will tackle this one in the future.
BTW, is there an updated full package available after the many mini updates? I'm thinking that if, god forbid, something goes wrong on the server I'd have to upload everything in stages to upgrade again to the latest(?)

There are three very important words for computing:
back-up, back-up and back-up.
If your sever ever blows up, you'll be able to restore from a back-up without the hassle of fresh install (shudder the thought).

You can use the download link you got when you purchase vshare to download latest version of vshare. If you lost the link, PM me the email address used to make payment or transaction id, i can send it to you.Originally Posted by starapple
Thanks admin. Wished other developers were like vshare. Quick response (99 per cent of the time) and the other percentage is action in the background without a direct answer.
