The Templates folder is chmod 777 as per the installation instructions (would not be able to install script without this).
The files within this directory are 644. Should some of them be something else?

What about permission of files inside the templates folder (check it now, because old values can change.)

You need 777 permission on the tpl file to write to it. So change the permisson, if you need logo upload, you need 777 for logo, same for watermark upload.
