I have tried all three and with the ffmpeg and ffmpeg-php it just shows the title in the thumbnail and using the mplayer it shows a black picture as the thumbnail. Is there something I need to change?

I have tried all three and when i use the ffmpeg and ffmpeg-php it just shows the title of the video in the thumbnail area and when I use mplayer is just has a black screen as the thumbnail. Is there something I need to change?
