beta site idea

When a new vshare update comes out there are usally some extra bugs that come with it...for example in the latest update groups are even more broke than they were before.

So i think it would be good for admin to run a vshare beta site and forum for us to test on with the latest version of vshare installed that they are working on.

So if they did a lot of changes to the groups side of vshare they could post asking us to test there changes. That way we could find many bugs and problems before the update is released.

Next release onwards, there will be a beta installation before releasing the update.
