Cant update: Edit Advertise: banner_bottom

I try to update in the: Edit Advertise: banner_bottom, but nothing happens. I want to take something i put there away.
But it wont be away because nothing happens when i push Update.

What is wrong?

I think you have to make it inactive, make your changes, and then make it active again.

It doesn't need to be inactive in order to change it. It just needs to be active. Make sure the file is writeable (777).
