I tried to upload into my newly installed vshare youtube clone but cannot see channel option in the Video Channel tab. I tried to click continue but it says "Upload: Please check (1 to 3) channel/s." What is the problem?

You need to create channels if you already don't have channels.

Your site isn't running vShare. You will need to post on the forum for the software that you are using.
