Do they offer 24/7 support?

I emailed this morning (im from uk) asking them to install the you tube clone script but have not heard anything back and would like it up today.

They are very cool .

I had an account with them, all went ok, they provide full help, but they dont do the install for you :)

Also give them a break, its weekend :)

How much do you guys pay to be hosted on shared servers? I may buy another dedicated server if there is a demand

I hope they do an installation service as i have paid them $10 and they advertise it :)

I sometimes forget it is the weekend, although my other hosts do work 24/7 365.
