Video not uploading?

It starts to upload the video but after uploading, instead of showing the video it just goes back to step 1.

So the video doesnt upload and it goes back to step 1 after I try to upload.

How do i fix it?

I have the exact same problem. It either gos back to step #1 or it shows this error,
Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: ffmpeg_movie in /.....

The host checked and reinstalled,
/usr/bin/flvtool2
/usr/local/bin/mencoder
/usr/bin/ffmpeg
/usr/bin/mplayer

Still doesn't work. The above error occurs here: upload.php on line 223. Tried two movie clips. One mpg and one wmv. Same results on both.

I just caught that. I was going through it line by line and couldn't find ffmpeg-php. I'll contact the host again.

I just sent them an email, they're quick to reply usually.
