Make sure your logo is valid JPG, try open it in photoshop and save it as JPG.

Try a different JPG file and see if that works.

Also i found it is a bit buggy instead of clicking the upload button hit 'Enter' it seems to work even if you try the same file .jpg.

Have you tried different JPG image ?

If you can upload the image to your site and PM me your site admin login details, i can see if uploading works.

Always do refresh as images can be cached.

Here is a link to a jpg that will not work. I had to upload mind via FTP.

I get this error all the time: Invalid file format. Only file with JPG Extension are allowed as watermark.

I had same problem with the site logo. I saved mind using Photoshop.

Your image is a GIF Image, renamed to watermark.jpg

Open the file in text editor, you will see GIF89 at the start of the file, that is the file is a GIF image.

Yeah you are right, I did that so I could have transparency around the edges.

Here is a file that is a Jpeg and I can not get it to work.

I have a program that has a feature that u choose what color the background the water you want to use has, then u set the transparency level to what you select and it makes it transparent, would be awesome if vshare had this feature. The program name is Flash Video Studio 1.5.
