Getting a blank screen when importing videos

Does any one know how to fix this. I get a blank screen when importing videos?

I also get this error in the import folder:


Folder /home/mysite/public_html/mysite.com/templates_c/import not found.

Make sure folder import have read/write permission (chmod 777).

To import video from folder, first create a folder.

/home/mysite/public_html/mysite.com/templates_c/import

Then upload video to the folder and chmod 777 the filder and all videos. Then it will work.
