change email rcp

when the site send a mail, i get this name:
[email protected]
where do i change it for the mail adresse it use or the site name?

This only happen if mail is send to you. That is for notification emails, because email is send to the admin email address.

When visitors signup, they will get email from the email you set in admin area.
