    Default No Thumbnails & Video wont play...

    Yodyo.com is my site... Doesn't appear as if any thing is working properly... any clue what went wrong?

    The videos won't play, and the thumbnails aren't showing at all....?

    ffmpeg or ffmpeg-php not installed properly on your server.
