Embedded files dont play..

Can anyone tell me what could be causing embedded files that I got from video swiper, wont play. I mean they never load? Is there something I may have missed in setup that may have caused this?

More than likely, the source site changed their code, causing all of your swipped videos to stop working. Most of the sites out there that videoswiper pulls from change their code on a regular basis to prevent sites like videoswiper from working.
