2.6 Administrator options not showing

I have an odd problem. When I upgraded from 2.5, I got every feature except the new buttons across the top that are supposed to say "Miscellaneous" and the "default friend" function. Any ideas what would have caused this. I do have the add server, tag information and add FLV features, just not what I listed above. Hmmmmm.

Compare templates/admin/settings_menu.tpl on your server with the one provided with upgrade package.

If both are same and have the new links, it may be smarty cache, delete all *.tpl.php files from "templates_c" folder.
