Email function from Admin Panel

Hello I have this problem from day 1 when I tried to log on to admin panel and tried to email a user or email everyone it gives me page cannot be displayed...

Strange problem Sonds like a database issue, i tried the email feature and it worked fine.

I had to modify some files. Works fine now :) thanks.
