can not login with 2.7

Hi i have installed vshare 2.7 and everything is fine but i can not login as admin also as user. Dose someone knows what is happening?

How about this error message that i get at upload page and at singup. /Zend/Json.php at line 98 call a file that is not there :(

I can still log into 2.6 version ok
